REFUNDS AND WARRANTY please read carefully
I will allow a 10-business day window to return the system minus a 20% restocking fee,
understand that if a machine is used for this period, it is then a USED machine and I cannot
re-sell it as a NEW machine. The customer/buyer is responsible to pay shipping/handling to
your address, and back to Ryedale Coin in Portage Michigan at the above address.
Quick calculation to demonstrate on a machine sold for $799. $35 shipping (continental
USA) plus 20% of $799 is $159.80 plus ~$35 shipping back. A total of $229.80 this is a
significant amount of money just to see the system or try it out.
If After the 10-business day period the machine cannot be returned and will only be
supported by Ryedale Coin with parts and service. Ryedale Coin will do everything we can
to ensure you are satisfied with your machine; it is not perfect by any means and
occasionally jams. This is normal, and almost always is a result of a bent coin, plastic toy
coin, dirty coin, non penny sized coin, or a dirty spring and pawl assembly (SnP) and/or
misaligned chute system.
Dri Slide lubricant is available from www.ironbraid.com I recommend the 4oz liquid.
